I felt so lucky to be able to contribute my creative touch to this beautiful blush pink and gold, rustic themed wedding for bride Nicole and her beau Joey at Graydon Hall Manor this past weekend. The bride was stunning in a blush pink Monique Lhuillier ‘Candy’ gown, at her outdoor ceremony, coordinated with the help of Toronto wedding planner, Melissa André. For the menus, we chose to go with embossed gold foil on a heavy cotton stock, for that ultra rich look. Escort cards, donation stickers and other creative touches and little signs around the event were printed on natural craft paper with white ink, giving printed items the unique, rustic look Nicole was hoping for. Everything looked gorgeous when set out on the tables with the natural linen tablecloths, glass chargers with gold detailing and of course all of the beautiful light pink and green floral arrangements from Sweet Woodruff.
recently engaged sarah and mike met in junior school, reunited a couple of years ago and now they’re getting married! here’s the gorgeous couple’s cute save the date that tells their story – timeline style!
and here’s the invitation they asked me to design for their family gathering to celebrate their engagement. so fun being a part of their planning process!
when laura asked me to design her invitations I was so happy. her style was perfect for the type of invitation i like to work on – simple but classy; cute but not too “cutesy”. after going through a few options, what we came up with turned out perfectly! the grey, coral and navy colour scheme really worked with the design, and the mad lib rsvp was a fun little touch!
